ABA Intake Specialist – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Bilingual ABA Intake Specialist for one of our clients in the healthcare space. As a Remot BPO Company, we support U.S.-based businesses by building elite remote teams, and you’ll play a key part in helping families get started with life-changing ABA services.

This is not your typical front desk or receptionist role. You’ll be managing incoming leads from social media, referrals, and calls — all while collaborating closely with the sales team to drive conversions and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Think of this as a mix of client services, light sales, and healthcare coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all new intakes from social media opt-ins, referrals, and inbound calls

  • Partner with the sales team to keep leads moving through the intake pipeline

  • Guide families with empathy and speed through the onboarding process

  • Collect, review, and confirm essential documentation and insurance info

  • Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for seamless client handoff

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/EMR systems

  • Diligently follow up — no lead left behind

  • Ensure full HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

  • High-energy, resourceful, and not afraid to follow up multiple times

  • Tech-savvy and fast learner with CRM/EMR software experience

  • Excellent communicator — can build trust and handle sensitive conversations with ease

  • Background in ABA, healthcare, or intake coordination preferred

  • Comfortable with social media — able to manage leads from DMs, forms, and messages

Work hours: 9am to 5pm EST
Full time, Sunday through Friday.

  • Working Webcam

  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
